Freeman is a Registered Singaporean Patent Agent. He has handled the drafting, filing and prosecution of Singaporean Patent, Trade Mark and Design Applications for two decades. Freeman has diverse industrial experience, including in manufacturing, technology research and product development. He is also experienced in competitor analysis, technology evaluation, patent mapping and prior art searches.

Freeman assists Clients with technology consultation, as well as providing expertise in developing IP portfolios to align their business strategies and technology roadmaps.

Freeman worked as a Senior Research and Development (R&D) Engineer with a renowned multinational Corporations in Singapore and as a Patent Attorney in several Intellectual Property firms in Singapore, prior to joining Houlihan IP.
